ALL CODE SIGNATORIES must ensure that there is written
certification of Canadian origin on the invoice relating to the Canadian
diamond claim including the original invoice from the Canadian mine.

A COMPANY OPERATING A DIAMOND MINE IN CANADA IS NOT IN ITSELF
CERTIFICATION OF CANADIAN ORIGIN. THERE MUST BE A WRITTEN STATEMENT
OF CERTIFICATION OF CANADIAN ORIGIN FROM THE MINING COMPANY ON THE ROUGH
DIAMOND INVOICE.
