ALL CODE SIGNATORIES must ensure that there is written certification of Canadian origin on the invoice relating to the Canadian diamond claim including the original invoice from the Canadian mine. For further reference please see the following sections of the Code.

A COMPANY OPERATING A DIAMOND MINE IN CANADA IS NOT IN ITSELF CERTIFICATION OF CANADIAN ORIGIN. THERE MUST BE A WRITTEN STATEMENT OF CERTIFICATION OF CANADIAN ORIGIN FROM THE MINING COMPANY ON THE ROUGH DIAMOND INVOICE.
